Rose Mary started her engineering career with the US Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Reclamation.  She was responsible for maintenance of the Rio Grande River through New Mexico.  She also had responsibility for hydraulic modeling, planning & design of dams, spillways, & aqueduct systems.  She worked for the Iowa Department of Transportation doing Bridge Design.

She found a 26-year career in the natural gas industry (NGI) with The Williams Companies.  Her experience spans many aspects of NGI:  hydraulic modeling, engineering design, construction, Information Technology, project management, and leadership.  Rose Mary is a visionary leader with demonstrated success across the depth & breadth of her career.

She has BS & MS degrees in Civil Engineering and completed the GMP from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Napolitano’s extensive “Wall Street” investment banking advisory career experience includes senior content leadership and business operating roles working in a global capacity for Credit Suisse, Royal Bank of Canada, Lehman Brothers and Chase Manhattan Bank.
